Apple Watch 7 flashes green with Activity Ring animation

Must be a watchOS bug since it sometimes happened on my ultra too. Not sure if 9.2 fixed it.

I saw it once on watchOS 9.1 the other day, I figured it was a bug caused when two notifications landed at the same time and it was trying to do the animations for them.

I've done a lot of workouts, only seen it once on 9.1 and haven't seen it yet on 9.2

I had it a few times on my AW6 on 9.1 i think, its on 9.2 now and not seen in over the last few days of which i've completed that ring a couple of times.
