Apple Watch and iPhone 13 Pro

So I set up my new iPhone 13 Pro, connected my Apple Watch, and not only does the unlock with watch not work, but I’m not getting any iPhone notifications on the watch. Tried multiple times to unpair and repair my watch, and I’m still not getting any notifications.

Anyone else have this issue too? Any thoughts on fixing it?

There is a long thread on Redit about this. Seems it is a known iOS 15 issue.

My iPhone 13 Pro can't even find the watch when I choose "Pair existing watch"
