Anyone tried it? If so any issues? I know if I take my iPhone in the sauna it gets too hot and has to cool down before the display works again. Just curious as I enjoy a 20-30 minute heat bath after a workout. Thanks

Changes in temperature are bad for the waterproofing. I'd say the sauna is probably a bad idea.

Its not a good idea for a normal watch. I'd say no go if you can

I'd wrap it in a towel and bring it with you. If the sport can withstand boiling water submersion, I think yours can handle being wrapped in a towel in a sauna.

But definitely not bare.
