So In Garmin Connect there is Body Battery Stress Health Snapshot Morning Report Sleep Score HRV Status Training Load Are there any Apple Watch apps that would do any of this?
I've had it and been subscribed a couple of times, but I'm still not fully convinced it's worth it.
If I wake up early and let the dog out and go back to sleep, it doesn't count the last part of my sleep (even though AutoSleep does) and if I go for a solid 25K run with speed work, it sometimes still think I should run more to meet the Exertion levels - and other times a full day of recovery doesn't move the needle too much 🙁
The problem with many of these apps, is that they do a pretty poor job explaining why and how they measure and change. If they made it even more clear, I could adapt and change my recovery to benefit even more - not to please an app, but to learn more and develop as an athlete.
