Could anyone please tell me if the Apple Watch GPS+cellular would work as a GPS tracker for my son? He wants to go out to the park with his friends. I would like to know where he is at any time.

I believe you need a cellular activated Apple Watch to share location from.

How old is your son? Thigh might just be me but tracking your children is weird.
