apple watch battery worse with update.

Ever since 9.1 and watch os 2.0 the watch battery seems to die so much faster... anyone else having this problem.

2.0 is not the latest version of the watchOS, you may need to upgrade to 2.0.1.

how much faster? give us some details!

i've had awesome battery life on OS2 and 2.01 compared to the first versions.

Battery life is much better for me with OS 2.01. Reading another thread here about battery life with OS 2.01 you will find many others experiencing better battery life. Maybe you need to reboot the watch ?

A reboot is most likely needed, if it's still the same after head on down to Apple.

Mine has been before and after the update.
