This app is pretty cool, but there is a problem: It requieres both the presenting computer and the mobile device to be connected to the Internet, which is not always possible when you do presentations e.g. at other companies. Is there something comparable that uses Bluetooth?

We chose to only support internet at launch because it requires little to no setup and works seamlessly on public computers like university lectern and meeting room computers. The issue with bluetooth is that the pairing menus are often not available on these public computers due to access or hardware restrictions. That said, I completely agree that bluetooth is a much better environment due to its low latency. As more and more devices support bluetooth multipeer (no setup required mesh networking like Fire Chat), I think this feature could be really helpful. I really appreciate the feedback and will consider adding this feature in a future release, most likely as an option that can be chosen at the sign in screen. Please let me know if your have any other questions or concerns with UPR and I would be more than happy to help. My email is brendan@dbztech.com

Thanks!
