Besides, Biden can’t ultimately decide this matter on his own. Id also argue the other side is celebrating the win a bit too early.

President Biden today supported a December decision from the U.S. ITC to ban imports of select Apple Watch models over patent infringement

Biden may not have vetoed the ruling, but the patents at play here have been found to be invalid and the other company is appealing. I suspect Apple is confident that the appeal also will not uphold the patent. If the other company loses the appeal, it's over and Apple has nothing to worry about. If the appeal reverses the lower court and upholds the patent(s), then Apple will have to negotiate (or just buy the whole company outright).

The Apple Watch will continue to be sold in the US, Apple is just to big for this to stop the sale of such a major product.
