I'm not sure if I can post such threads here, so sorry if it's forbidden.

I'm thinking of buying an Apple Watch Sport. Is there somewhere from where I can get it with a discount? We all know that the 2nd gen is around the corner and that's why I'm looking for deals.

Thanks

The best discount is when retailers such as Best Buy have their loss leader sales (up to $200 off for SS, less for Sport) so you can simply wait until they have the next big sale (usually around major holidays), but it's typically only on selected models. Otherwise, you can try to find one-off sales on eBay.

I would monitor EBay. New Sport Watches in the box are half of what they are worth off of Apple's website. Target and Best Buy regularly advertise discounts. Otherwise, if a Gen 2 Watch launches, the first Gen Sport Watch will be discounted as well in matter of weeks.

Keep an eye on Best Buy. I bought my 42mm sport about 2-weeks ago, they had it at $299 I had some Best Buy points and ended up paying $230 for it! I was going to wait for AW2 but at that price it was hard to resist!

UK here but I just bought an 'open box' SS 42mm with product red sport band for £330 which is barely more than the retail price of the sport watches. Full 12 month warranty and it was mint condition - still had the wrap on all the items in the box.

Got from currys eBay store.

If eBay isn't your bag, john Lewis are selling the same watch for £429 brand new, which is about £100 less than retail as it seems they're discontinuing those models (product red). I just bought a cheap third party black sport band and stainless steel band

Hello guys,
Today I got mine 38mm Rose Gold Aluminum Case with Royal Blue Woven Nylon from an Apple store.
Thank you all. Waiting for WatchOS 3 now... :)
