I find that the position of the watch and the tightness of the band can produce glitches in the ECG output such as you're seeing. Those two factors can be impacted by how you're touching the watch. It only needs a light and consistent touch. A heavy touch on the watch can tilt the watch wrt the skin.
Try several ECGs one after the other to see if you get a good one. And try several ways of touching the watch. Another thing to try is to clean the back of the watch and clean the skin where the watch touches it. Also don't move while taking the reading.

I've had that, I think it's just an anomaly with the app for the second two lines, try restarting. The first one looks like you were moving around too much
I don’t see what you’re concerned about. It’s a normal ekg. There’s lots of movement artifact.
Name & date of birth, I'd remove that pronto if I were you.
Make sure you hold down the crown button firmly and consistently. Be very still, any movement seems to be picked up.
Best to have your arm and opposing hand rested on a table. Movement of either from just breathing will cause the reading to go all over the place. Try to keep perfectly still and you will get a long consistent reading. I don’t see anything that looks abnormal except from movement.
