The box isn't plastic. I believe it's leather.

Ok, that makes a lot more sense. Instagram photos are not the best place to be dissecting these things! It looks plastic in the photo.

EDIT: I can see the leather bunching on the corners now, so you are right it is leather.

Agreed. Looking closer at it, it does seem to be leather. I still thought the charger would be more integrated though. Again, it just may not come across in the photo.
