Apple Watch getting warm

Does any Apple Watch get warm on the hand when yiur not doing any to their watch?

mind seem to get warm then goes cold again? Is this normal?
 
Just the normal app. As I’ve just set it up... yes the heart rate app is running in the background and is active?
