Apple Watch HR specific settings

    Is it possible to setup HR just for Workout activities hence that it would go automatically ON when workout start and then OFF when workout is stopped as i do not need HR 24 hour tracking /monitoring. I had this setting on Garmin watch but before workout i needed to manually set ON before running on the watch. For sure this would also greatly extend battery life as it was evident on may garmin watch from 1 week it prolong to 2.5 weeks. What do you think?

    I don't think so. There is only the option to turn the heart rate monitor OFF while working out in order to save battery. Seems like an option for the other way around would be good.
