From what I've been hearing, if you have April 24th in your shipping bracket, you won't be disappointed...
Whenever you get a tracking number, find out which company it's for and call a DC closest to you. They'll put a hold on the shipment and hold it back for pick up 🙂

Are we expecting late (7-8PM) deliveries? Need to know if I should be changing the shipping address from my workplace
Ordered my 38 SS White sport band around 3:12AM EST, my additional cable is preparing to be shipped so hoping my watch will come on Friday! I'm in the Barrie area.
I'm in the Hamilton area and received confirmation at 3:01 with a 4/24-5/8 delivery date! Hoping for Friday!!
For me, in the past with UPS they've always come around 1-2PM so I've made sure to get everything done early in the morning and wait around in the afternoon.
UPS is a mixed bag for me. Sometimes they're super later and sometimes they're here by noon.
Do us Canadians also have the option of picking it up?

I think they are required to finish all business deliveries before 5pm. Residential deliveries fall into the evenings sometimes.
42mm SG Sport here, confirmation email is 12:04 PST. 24/4-8/5 (don't you hate the date in that format?!) delivery. I'm optimistic I'll see it Friday!
In past orders the iPhones flew straight from China to Alaska, then to the UPS concord distribution facility, then to your local UPS facility. (For Ontario)

When I've ordered from Apple in the past, if it was coming directly from China it would ship FedEx, if it was coming from a North American location it would ship UPS.
For what it's worth, I'm in the GTA and I had my order in at 3:04am. My first order was a 38mm SG Sport, which had a ship date of May 13-26. I also ordered a 38mm Aluminum Sport with blue band right after, and it had a ship date of 24/4-8/5. I cancelled the SG Sport after trying them on in store and realizing the aluminum went better with other bands.
Hopefully we'll get a ship notification in the next couple of days!
Fwiw, I've only had fedex deliver one Apple item, which was an iMac.
