Apple Watch Inventory Update Time?

Does anybody know what time inventory is updated for specific stores?

Trying to find a specific model for my wife that's currently unavailable for pickup but Im wondering what time during the day I should check back.

8:00am is when they usually update inventory for shipments they receive after 3:00pm.

Honestly it updates randomly throughout the day. That's why it's important to check very regularly or set up notifications on istocknow.com to make sure you don't miss your chance to grab the watch you want. I got my SBSS on Saturday at a local Apple Store this way.
