Hi,
i have an issue.

Sometimes my AW4 locks during night, while sleeping, without a reason...

I wear it quite tight, not too loose, and i check that it is unlocked when i go to bed.
I have wrist detection on, and i activate airplane and theatre mode at night. I've always done this since i had it (october), never had this issue since 1-2 months... it happened 4-5 nights.

I have Autosleep on, and set on the face as complication.. when the AW4 locks,Autosleep of cours stops tracking.

It bothers me quite a bit.. did any of you have the same issue?
For you is a software or an hardware matter?

Note: this never happens during the day, no matter if i'm at the office or at the gym, airplane mode or not etc..

Thank you very much!

I’ve noticed it.

Not sure what causes it though. Probably unconsciously scratching and tugging on the watch.

thanks. but scratching or tugging how would cause the watch to lock? i thought the only way to lock it is by removing it from the wrist or turning it off...

It could be it's rebooting - have you noticed it locking during the day?

It never happens during the day (i mean, i never find the AW locked during the day).. in any case, when reboots occurs (it happened a few times when changing faces too rapidly) it doesn't ask for the code...
