I use icloud.com as an email and ive tried everything and it never seems to sync well with my apple watch..Any suggestions ? Anyone else seem the sync is never working ,i will have emails on the apple watch mail but they are old and have been deleted on iphone

Apple mail barely syncs between any device in the ecosystem until you open the app. So frustrating seeing unread badges when you know damn well you just checked them on another device.
