Apple watch makes phone vibrate?

Was just wondering anyone came across this i had vibrate off on my phone and a few times i would change the band on my Apple watch and my phone would vibrate. I don't know what i did to trigger it?

I've never seen that before... Can you reproduce it consistently?

Changing your band had nothing to do with it.
