Apple Watch Manual?

Does anyone know where I can get an offline pdf manual of the Apple Watch?
I'm trying to help someone out who is not very techie at all and older.
I think he has the Series One. Also, he is on a PC so iBooks won't work out for him.
I found a couple on some unfamiliar web sites, but who knows what you are actually downloading.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure of any legitimate downloadable guides either, but there are books you could probably buy used for cheap on Barnes and Noble or Amazon

Yep. The instruction manual for my Garman fitness tracker, which my Apple Watch replaced, was just a folded up piece of paper.
