I have no idea where to put this but I am at my wits end.

My apple watch it doesn't matter where I am in my small apartment or even in the hallway unlocks the MBP constantly. Sometimes when I do get back to the computer I get the message the apple watch won't sign me so I have to put in password. This was bearable before I think the second Tahoe update but its worse now. I guess I could put this in Apple Watch or Tahoe or here but I really don't know what the cause is really.

I would love some help and understanding. Thanks for reading

Is there a way to keep it asleep when its suppose to and also since it constantly does this the widgets get messed up and no sometimes don't reappear.

On your MBP, Settings > Touch ID & Password. Scroll to the bottom and turn off using your Apple Watch to unlock your Mac.

Thanks but just curious there are no settings to fix the problems with the watch and MBP? like a shorter range or something.

I have notice the watch still wakes up the MBP even when I have the login thing disabled. Any ideas?
