Apple Watch on Xfinity Mobile

Does anyone know how to turn off the passcode on the watch that’s on Xfinity Mobile? For some stupid reason, Xfinity requires apple watches to have a passcode. This is absolutely ridiculous and I can’t turn the passcode off. Do I have to call Xfinity to make this happen?

Anyone else have this issue?

I have xFinity Mobile on my watch and I don't have a passcode other than the one I use to authenticate the AW as mine. Are you talking about a specific XM passcode that you have to enter?

It’s the passcode you enter on your watch whenever you want to use it.

Go to the Watch app on the iPhone, go to Passcode, turn passcode off.

I literally can’t do this. It is greyed out.

That is what is greyed out.

I wonder if you have your email on your phone syncing with a Microsoft Exchange account.

One day my Apple Watch passcode suddenly started showing up and locking on me when I was not wearing it... It was annoying to say the least.

That is what is greyed out.

I have Xfinity and an Apple Watch series 5 activated on Xfinity and I have the option to turn off the passcode.
Don't know what the issue with yours is but it doesn't seem to be an Xfinity requirement.
