So I've kinda wanted to get an Apple watch for a while now so much that i sold my 32gb iPod touch for $200. If i get an Apple watch it will be the 42mm SS with white sports band. But if i get an iPod and IF Apple updates them next week i would probably get a 128gb. But I'm stuck between the two. I have an iPhone 5s 32gb and a iPad mini 16gb. please help. (if i get the Apple Watch i will be paying half for it and my parents will cover the other half if its the iPod ill be paying the full price.)

Honestly, I would go for the Apple Watch, as long as you know what to expect. You just sold an iPod Touch, how much did you use it? I think that is the key to your decision. You have an iPhone 5S, which can do much more than the potential iPod Touch could do, assuming the new iPod has an A7 chip. You would essentially be purchasing something you already have.
