Glad to see such a drastic difference in speed. I barely use my S0 for anything other than telling the time and for notifications because it's slow, so I'm pretty excited to upgrade. Wish I preordered!

Yup, agreed the original was great for it's time but it required unbearable patience at times..

Watching this, I feel like there is something wrong with the internals of my watch. My watch takes so much longer (about 45 seconds) just to launch an app like twitter or reminders.

That’s odd. Maybe, a new install vs a backup could fix it or a hard restart.
