They all come from China regardless, sure they are sent to distribution centers all over the World which of course takes time and offers its own challenges. What you are saying may be true but again that system is obviously very flawed.
One thing that tickes me off is that they kept most of us in the dark, at the very least they should have sent all customers (not just a select few) a generic email saying we realize you ordered x at launch and you may be hearing from other users that ordered x after you yet you have not received your watch and they got theirs. I don't expect them to go into all sorts of details like band x is in short supply because x supplier ran out or the factory is having poor output with x. At the end of the day overall they did a very poor job with this launch, there are many simple things they could have done to at least keep customer's in the loop. The forums here are full of people barking prior to Friday about all sorts of things, those who received their watches you don't hear them barking any more. Again I had no reason to wake up so early unless I was interested in receiving my order on Friday. I realize that still there was no guarantees but considering the facts they screwed up on the first come first served.
Did you order a watch, what did you order, what time did you order it? Have you received yours?
