Apple Watch Pre Release 2015 Model

I have a Pre Release Apple Watch, which was purchased in the Corner Store - In Berlin Germany.

The Watches were available only at 6 stores worldwide - pre general release to apple stores.

Does anyone know if there is a contact at Apple - Archives Department - who I can contact to see how many were available to the stores on pre official apple release.

I have the original bill of sale / apple watch packaging etc - also photographs of the watch on day of purchase.
