Hi,

I was wondering if you have any problems with your Apple Watch or WatchOS 5 or 5.0.1? I already contacted apple support about my issues with Apple Watch Series 4 battery draining while charging and another issues of wherever I shut down my phone and watch both, the activity 200%, 300%, and 400% medals numbers kept climbing even though I already got them for today... (they are hard to prove even with battery draining while charging at random times). I took tons of pictures of those issues so I was able to prove that I have problem)

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Jokes aside, I would recommend un-pairing and re-pairing the Apple watch setting it up as new (dont restore a backup, as its data may be corrupted)

I’ve had the charging issue as well, it’ll maybe gain or lose a few percent while on the charger and while it shows the charging symbol. Restarting the watch does fix the issue, however the issue does come back after a time, so restarting is only a temporary fix. I’ve begun to shut down the watch right before I put it on the charger, and then it starts up again when I put it on the charger and charges normally. Still, it’s an annoying extra step to have to take each time.

I did set up my watch as a new watch, and have tried resetting it a couple times to see if the problem would go away, but it keeps coming back.
[doublepost=1540002343][/doublepost]Haven’t had the other issue with the medals though. I can’t seem to hit my rings as easily as I could with my old series 3, but I chalk that up to being sick in bed the past couple weeks ;)

Lol, Funsize93, you are funny!! I tried everything that I can think of but nothing works; so we have to wait for next update or switch back to old watch/backup; To KatanaAzul, I knew it!! I can't be only person that has charging issues. Say does your watch series 3 have problem with charging?

Actually I switch back to my original watch that I was definitely planning to sell when I first got my 4, but I got sidetracked with stuff... because I'm totally fed up with those issues; It looks okay except those blank medals but hopefully it will turn back on tomorrow and no more of that climbing numbers of medals hopefully (crossed my fingers)... Like I said before, I already contact apple support so my ticket for charging issues finally went to engineering after days of chatting/talking with my family member (I'm deaf so I had my family member to help me with those phone calls) to apple support and put diagnosis logging in my Apple Watch and they caught one of random charging issues. I have to wait for someone to call back and get that climbing medals tickets through to engineering... but I don't know if I should go back to apple store to get it fixed by downgrading to OS 5? I wonder if it is possible to get series 4 to downgrade to WatchOS 4?
