hello all I have a S3 42mm Nike+ Aw, my query is does the breathe app just notify on a random basis or is it something the watch is able to sense and it is aiming to help you relax?

It’s not random, nor is it based on your stress level. If you go into the Watch app and select the breathe app setting, then breathe reminders, you’ll see an option for how many times a day you want to be notified to breathe.
