Apple Watch Roaming with Vodafone (UK)

Just spoke with Vodafone UK and they said my Apple Watch 7 Cellular (WatchOS 9.2) with OneNumber will roam in Europe/Internationally, has anyone actually confirmed this is working? Cheers.

You were told wrong. It doesn’t work as of today. The roaming setting is missing from the watch settings

I did read it was being rolled out
If you can do it you will have an extra switch on the watch data app . Roaming on / off
Not seen it on my orange Spain esim as yet

International roaming with your Apple Watch​

With watchOS 9.1 and later, international roaming is available on cellular models of Apple Watch Series 5 and later, Apple Watch SE and later, and Apple Watch Ultra.
To get international roaming on your Apple Watch, contact your iPhone carrier to add your watch to your iPhone cellular roaming plan. For international roaming to work on your Apple Watch, your carrier must support VoLTE and roaming. Not all carriers support international roaming on Apple Watch and coverage in other countries is determined by your carrier.
To turn on international roaming, open the Settings app on your Apple Watch. Tap Cellular, then turn on Data Roaming.

Same problem in Spain, so seems it is not only Vodafone UK being incompetent but the whole Vodafone group internationally

yeah like all said, Lanzarote last week no VF Cellular on Apple Watch, very disappointing...
