Apple Watch SE Handwashing notification not working

Hey!
I recently bought Apple Watch SE, but the hand washing notification is not working.
I've checked that everything is on.

Handwashing Timer is and microphone is.

Yesterday I reset my Apple Watch SE and no success.

Doesn't work consistently on my S7 either. Sometimes it does but most times it doesn't. When it does it's not working right. The timer pauses and then resumes. Took about 25 seconds to do 15 seconds last time it actually worked. I don't really care because I had the watch for a while before I even knew it had that feature. This is my fist AW so my learning curve is steeper than most!

Mine's the same. It gets stuck on like 5 seconds to go or something and then asks why I didn't wash for 20 seconds? I'M STILL WASHING!!!
