After I updated to beta 3 of watchOS 5 my series 1 watch started to hang and become unresponsive at times.
Now it hanged again and I can't even hard reset it. Anyone know what can be done to get it alive again?
Maybe the hardware is dead somehow, just a couple of weeks after warranty. 🙁

Have you tried putting back on the Charger and see if it powers on?

Yeah, no go. Seems the screen is dead. Can get haptic feedback from it, but screen is just black. Maybe not the software, but definitely not something that should happen to a 13 month old watch. 🙁

I would Contact Apple. Perhaps a digitizer cable/ribbon is loose preventing the display from illuminating.
