Huh? No, I really was not heated at all. No cursing No disrespect. Not a drop of it. Maybe that's how you handle things so you would assume that's normal. I'm only guessing here. Personally I was just stunned. I never expected Apple to be so not-customer friendly. Everything I own is MAC and this was my first problem. I did say it was clearly a defective watch, and that I had seen multiple links online backing me up--including a class action lawsuit. You don't believe me? Why wouldn't you believe me?
