My series 3 Apple Watch arrived yesterday. I set it up as a new Watch because for some reason all of my backups from my series 0 were at least a year old.

I’ve updated to the latest Watch Os and have the Watch paired to my iPhone X which is also running the latest version of iOS. I know it’s connected as it shows as connected and I can located my phone. I have notifications set to mirror iPhone. The Taptic feedback engine works because I’ve been able to recieve notifications about activity and prompts to breathe and stand up. I’m just not getting any notifications at all from my iPhone when the iPhone is on WiFi or mobile data. I can see emails on the Watch and all apps are opening and updating. Just no notifications. I’ve tried turning both the Watch and phone off and on. Is there anything else I can before I have to unpair the Watch, reset it and start all over again.

My series 0 was working fine with my Apple Watch.

Try disabling Bluetooth and then re-enable. If that does not work, then you will need to re- pair the Apple Watch.

Just as I made this post notifications started coming through. The only setting I turned off was the auto switch between watches. Thanks for the reply.
