AFTER FEW HOURS OF CHECKING ALL THE SOLUTIONS IM TRYING ALSO HERE :)
IN THE BEGINNING OF THE PAIRING PROCESS, THE IPHONE ASK TO UPDATE THE APPLE WATCH SOFTWARE AFTER IT THE PAIRING CANCEL, SO I CANT UPGRADE IT AND THE DEVICE NOT WORKING.
THE MESSAGE ON THE IPHONE IS " PAIRING FAILED - YOUR APPLE WATCH COULDN'T PAIR WITH YOUR PHONE - START OVER

ANY SOLUTION HERE

Say what? I missed what you said. Please speak up.
The status is this:
I’m starting to pairing iPhone 7 - Apple Watch 3, after I inserting the code the pairing process start than I have those messages attached.
And start over.
So no pairing between the devices and no update.
Any idea?

First off you’re not in wifi in the first screen shot.

Secondly you have to update the watch to pair
