Faster processor
An additional health sensor (I'd love to see a UV sensor. As I go swimming at the beach a lot with my Series 2, I'd love a UV sensor to let me know if I've been in the Sun too long)
Reduced bezels for bigger screens in the 38mm and 42mm cases

Definitely agree with the faster processor, better battery, and larger screens. Interesting point about the UV protection.

I don't think that will happen in Watch OS4. But might be a likely option in future Apple Watches.

Can't believe no Ant+ support, Apple totally missed an opportunity here and can we have an always on time display, obviously, it needs to be kept to black and white run in ultra low power to conserve battery but I'll take that over having to flick my wrist each time to see the time.
