Apple watch series 3 scrolling purple trails/flutter

Just turned in my watch for repair as it showed purple trails around the icons when scrolling in the control center. Giving the icons a ”floating/flutter” effect. I just recently noticed it and came to the conclusion during these 2 days that it only was visible during low light when the screens brightness is turned down.

I have only seen 1 or 2 threads about this on other forums. Is anybody else having this issue? Im anxious to see if apple repairs this for free/issue a fee/tell me they cant see any issue with it.
