Yasss! I wonder how people got September 20th delivery. I literally logged in 0.0005 seconds after the store opened and all watches where being delivered on the 23rd. That has never happened to me in all history of pre-ordering Apple products!
I wonder if this year Canada is slightly delayed or something

I got a September 20 delivery and placed my order yesterday however my card hasn’t been charged yet and the delivery status is still processing. It’s driving me nuts!!! Charge my credit card!!!

I’m thinking the customized ones are delayed and the pre combined options are the ones ready for delivery on the 20th.

At least that’s my theory.

I’m in the US and ordered within the first 10 mins or so of the store being live.

All the standard options give me a delivery date of the 20th but any version I tried customizing had the 26th as the earliest delivery.

Custom config with ceramic Edition and (Product) Red sport band prepared to ship with delivery on 20th (in US). I was going to originally go for the yellow leather loop, but that was instantly shipping in Oct, so I went red sport instead. Also did a custom 40mm gold aluminum LTE for the wife and hers is also prepared to ship with 20th delivery date.

It depends on the model. We have a similar situation with the Hermès. Lots of Hermès models have October or even November shipping dates, but the Space Black model that got an extra shout out is still available for 9/20 delivery. Apple and Hermès must have produced a lot of the “limited edition” Space Black Hermès.

As I said earlier in the thread, all watches had September 23 in Toronto.

Mine went to preparing to ship on Wednesday as well; I had forgotten until just now to check UPS My Choice, and sure enough, I have a package in transit from Suzhou, China from AI, with a tentative delivery date of 9/20.

You're right. Perhaps the ones I looked at were all September 23rd except a few like the gold one

Many are hold out for the next Apple Watch which may have a round form factor. Hoping that it is true. Apple Watch needs a new look after 5 years.

Every pre-order goes into preparing to ship. Wont move from that state until late next week. Depends on where it is shipping from. Even from China its typically 2 day shipping.
