Oh yours shipped with DHL. I guess it could be possible that UPS takes them to Cologne and possibly the Eindhoven warehouse and then DHL goes from there but I really don't know.

DHL has their own planes. They have one going from Hong Kong to Leipzig right now for example so maybe the DHL orders are taking that route?

I went to an apple store, tried stuff on and walked out with "almost" what I wanted. No line, and pretty chill experience. If you want something specific (and hard to get size), you'll prob have to wait tho.

I loathe both DHL and UPS. UPS doesn’t guarantee anymore because of COVID...don’t understand why AI uses them still.

This is one thing that's cool about Apple. Hate Verizon because they request that one attempt is made. Why can't they allow a hold right away? But the last time is was FedEx's incompetence. Was excited because they had a way online to waive a signature. But apparently the drivers can't read and still left a door tag. Would rather no option than an option that they don't honor!!!!

UPS is horrid. At my job they have way more BS exceptions than FedEx. Don't think I've ever seen one for FedEx.

Hey, totally unrelated to what y’all were talking about.. but just FYI I’m in Alicante and still waiting for DHL to update. DHL just says “Shipment information received” and I ordered within minutes of the watches going online in the Apple Store app.

In my case it was the same, 5 minutes from opening the online store, I placed the order, I had the model clear and paid with apple pay, it didn't take me even 2 minutes to complete the application. I'm a bit lower than you, in La Línea, Cádiz. My date was from September 25th to September 29th, but now Apple has set it for September 29th. I am quite anxious because my previous watch, a Watch 3 died two weeks ago and for long runs I am very annoyed not to have any real time information.

I hope we can enjoy it sooner than apple says. I just sent an email to DHL asking about the shipment, but I don't think they will answer me until tomorrow at the earliest, and it will probably be a generic and bad answer.

I ordered two AWs from Apple during preorder, the first shipped FedEx. I called FedEx to verify the local hub for pickup, and the reps told me in no uncertain terms that the package could not be held for pickup because of Apple restrictions. I went online and saw that the hold option was available, clicked it, and picked it up the next day. Dealing with these carriers can be frustrating. I hate it so much when the shipper restricts the hold for pickup option: they’re just increasing the chance that my package will be stolen before I can get to it.

Watching the tracking threads for iphone 12 is going to be crazier than usual, I think. 😂

My watch has been stuck after Export Scan for over two days now. My delivery date slipped from 9/23 to 9/24 to 9/25 to "Please check back later for scheduled delivery" So frustrating
