Apple Watch Series 6 Shipping/Order Status Thread

I don't understand how we could have missed that flight since our watches had less time to get on that flight from Korea, and we made that one. Sigh. I don't want to wait until Monday or Tuesday.

Another update on my ever-shifting delivery estimate. 2100 came and went last night and no UPS. Woke up this morning showing a new 9/24 2100 estimate. I figured it had something to do with the planned protests/riots but having read through the news this morning it seems nothing really ended up happening around here so not sure what happened to UPS.

What’s most interesting to me though is that UPS tracking is showing it departed Milwaukee at 0604 this morning and then cleared customs at 0828, which would be about the time it reached Madison. Do they do customs clearance in the destination city? I figured that would be taken care of before it left AK.

Anyway, I just checked again and now it’s showing the package being “incorrectly sorted” which may cause a delay. :rolleyes:

Maybe due to the volume it takes a while to update. Because it seems we all were on the same flight. Fingers crossed. Or they could have done half this flight and half the next which would SUCK.

Who else ends up in Osaka, Japan? Never seen this route before.

Doesn't UPS do some stuff over night? Even if we get the late flight, there may still be a slight chance of delivery tomorrow. Stranger things have happened. I was in a similar boat to this when the iphone 5 launched in 2012 (there was no pandemic wrecking deliveries but still massive waits) and mine came from Kentucky to Virginia Beach (where I live) over night lol. We shall see.

I think they work around the clock, so yes, there is still a chance.

Shipped 9/24/20, Apple email states delivery before Oct 2nd.
Departed Jiaxing 9/24
UPS Estimated delivery Monday 9/28

I didn't get customs clearance until it reached my destination city (this morning). And the last few batches of watches have department Alaska around 1 or 2PM. That still gives it plenty of time to arrive in Louisville and depart for your city.
