Should be some videos of the leather loop on YouTube, that what made me purchase the charcoal sport loop, looks so much better in the video compared to apples website, damn you YouTube lol.
My original delivery was to have been last Saturday 9/26, but someone ganked it from wherever UPS decided to leave it. Sucks they don't require a signature. Now I'm stuck waiting on a replacement...in two more weeks.
Please tell me friday what Happens. Mine is still saying, Processing 1-8 Oct
How did you contact them, if you don't mind my asking? I tried to ask them that same question via iMessage chat, and they were, ah, less than helpful.

FYI....I ordered a 44mm Graphite SS this morning from Best Buy. Delivery tomorrow and have tracking info already. Just an idea for those of you looking at 3-4 weeks.
I used the "Chat now" link on the bottom of the website with the order details. I guess you get the same specialists there that also answer questions via iMessage.
I just asked them if they could tell me when they would finally ship my order and I was given an exact date that is supposedly registered in the system. The delivery of my order seems to be handled differently, as the website is showing me an exact delivery date and not a date range for about a week.

I had ordered a watch on Sept. 15 but Apple let me order a band that didn’t exist so my order was basically paused for eternity.

Good luck....they don’t make that band anymore. Was a mistake in the system. They told me they could change the band and cancel the order and it would ship Oct. 27 with the new band. I canceled it. Ordered one this morning from Best Buy. Delivery tomorrow.
Yep, just chatted with support. Looks like BB is sold out now so went with Apple since they threw in an extra band for the trouble. Downside is it won't get here until the end of November.
Oh, and Amazon has that damn band in stock right now. I'll end up getting the discontinued band that fragged my order before the replacement order.
After such a long wait the order status has finally changed to “Preparing to ship” and my credit card has been charged! Apple support was right that this would happen today.
Mine is due to arrive today but its still in Germany so i can't see it being delivered in the UK today
