I pre-ordered my midnight black aluminum.
Just has the wrong band.
Could not order with the blue magnetic band and my order would not process so I got the sport band until they get more magnetics instock...

Have the midnight S7, moving from a space grey S4 at the time. Thought it would be an issue but looks more black in the flesh. No issues here.

Looking forward to getting my midnight S9 next week.

Yeah midnight only looks blue in specific (very, very bright) lighting circumstances. The difference between black and midnight is less than silver and starlight. But good news is that if a color prevents you from buying a product, you didn't really need it in the first place!

Yes, that's correct. And I've had both space grey and midnight, and have never noticed any difference.

huh? I’ve also had both (have the S7 midnight now), and the difference is clear, especially with a black or grey band, which is what I always use. Midnight sucks.
