Apple Watch Shipment Issue

I called apple yesterday for an apple watch replacement.The senior advisor jason told me it i will ship yesterday or today and it did not. Did apple delay with my replacement?Does all ship on weekends? How long does apple take to send out replacements

Apple will send you a new watch (minus the band).
They will include the box for you to ship yours back.
They will put a $600 hold on your Credit Card until they receive yours.

Maybe people who have gone through similar expericeces. This is not the first apple watch to be returned for a replacement. Appreciate you have not received one, though someone has, and they could share thier experience with the OP.

We understand that you want to get your watch fixed/exchanged but only Apple can do this and no one here has any idea what Appleis doing. I suspect that your shipment might have been delayed due to the weekend.

Afraid you are going to just have to relax and wait till Monday, hopefully the big brown truck will pull in and drop off your box.

When I had mine replaced through Apple Care I got it in two days after speaking with them. Shipped from Tennesee.
 
When i track on fedex website my apple watch replacement i see this.When will i see more tracking for my update for my apple watch replacement and also it was shipped today? Carlisle pa is only 1 hr 45 from my place.

My 42 SS replacement was shipped about a day and a half after the claim was submitted and reached me in Ohio in 2 days shipping time (over a weekend) via FedEx (the original new watches came via UPS).

It also came from Carlisle, PA.

The above means that a shipping label has been produced for your package.
Next step would be for FedEx to pick up the package sometime today.
You will see tracking at this point but if the package is close to you, it will likely arrive tomorrow and your ordeal will be OVER!
