Thanks for this information. I was looking for it. 1.3 kg is kind of heavy for a watch...

I measured it and weighed it myself just now.

1.3kg is ludicrously heavy for a watch that weighs 50g, plus strap!

But at least you know it won't be damaged in transit. You could hurl it out of a top storey window and it would be just fine.

Haha. Let's hope it never comes to that... If I receive mine at all that is.

As I'm sending mine back, I can give you exact information for the SS Apple Watch, plus all retail and shipping packaging:

19.5mm x 18.5mm x 11.5mm

1.3kg

The packaging is excellent and is entirely sufficient on its own. The watch is inside a box a cushioned plastic box, which is inside a cardboard box, which is held between two cushioned cardboard pieces, which is inside a cardboard box.

Thanks profmatt, I think your dimensions are in cm instead of mm right?

Thanks nerdbob!

Are those dimensions for the retail packaging or the shipping package?

Any idea on the weight?

Chupa Chupa - yeah I've looked at youtube videos, but they don't really show the shipping package that they come in, so it's hard for me to estimate.

Those are the dimensions of the outer shipping box

Thanks everyone for the great help!

I was able to estimate the shipping cost more accurately now, and its in the range of USD$140+ and upwards

May I trouble you guys to help me measure the retail box size? I'm guessing I have to ask my aunt to repack it into the existing Fedex/DHL boxes. I'm just wondering how they will fit.
