Apple watch suddenly very slow....

My watch has been fine from launch, then suddenly today it is incredibly slow, some apps fail to launch at all, even native apps..

i have done a hard reset, unpaired and the problem persists, does anyone have any ideas?

Did you install any new apps on your watch before this happened?

Nah nothing new installed, have noticed the phone(iP6) is getting very warm though and occasionally freezes, so it may be the phone thats the problem....

it seems to be intermittent as well 🙁

Will give a call tomorrow.
