I pre-ordered on the 10th and today was the day I went to try it on. My question to you is I see all these pictures of an actually functioning watches during try-ons and the one I tried on was off (or a blank of some sort) on the table they had one attached to a stand. Was this like that for others or just my store?

The ones for my try on appointment were all off. The staff member seemed very confused about this and was trying to turn them on, but couldn't. I got to play around with the OS on the display models though.

the ones you try on have a demo loop. you have to double-click the side button to start it. the ones fixed to the displays near the try-on space and along the walls are fully functioning.

The ones I tried on didn't even have a demo loop. The whole drawer was full of dead watches.

Seems most got the demo loop watches but some got non-functioning models.
