I was considering the 11 over the Ultra, because of the size and lightest, but I really love the way the Ultra1 looks, and how its held up to abuse by being worn all the time doing everything from lifting, fishing, yard work to banding it on door knobs. Mostly I just want the giant battery life, the most I can get all of the time. I hope the battery itself doesn't degrade so fast.

I currently use an U2 for sleep (and home gym) and had no problems.
Found this on YouTube hands on. Shows the difference pretty clear!
You can tell that Apple is strategically leaving enough bezel to expand the screen again next year and maybe one final time in 2027.
I think this is quite personal and you can only find out by trying. I personally was really bothered by the thickness of Ultra for sleeping/sleep tracking and kept my Series Watch for this.
The S9/10/11 are so much better for sleeping and also for some kind of workouts, as they're smaller and not that heavy - resulting in better/more accurate HR recordings.
