Lol. If it’s just a watch, then yes. To me it’s more like a personal trainer + an extension of my iPhone combined. Ironically, I rarely check the time on mine.
Aren’t all Apple Watches an iPhone extension? I’m genuinely please for you finding the Ultra a value.

It is probably struggling to sell. Most of us aren’t divers or mountains explorers. And it’s double the price of the normal watch

You don’t have to be explorer to enjoy the full glory of an Ultra. I’m just an enthusiast amateur runner and it’s a great improvement over the previous Watches. I need a rugged watch that can withstand rain, scorching heat and snowy weather.

Considering the Stainless Steel also costs double without meaningful extra features, Ultra isn’t that bad of a deal.

I can't believe Apple aren't offering a discount voucher for future purchases when buying an Apple Watch Ultra? I held off buying the Ultra a few weeks ago when they came into stock for pick up from store, damn it!

I’m a keen runner and the cheapest aluminium AW has withstood all the elements for me (British weather) for the past 3 years. The Ultra would be too bulky for me to run with and not sure what additional benefit it offers me?

Well it is bulky but if it can hold up better against weather and elements then it’s an instant buy for me.

I’ve been wearing Nike Series 5 everyday including every run. Unfortunately it starts glitching up everytime it’s getting soaked or wet. Waterproofing is practically gone and I couldn’t wear it confidently to track my wet run.

It’s time for a new watch and I don’t want more of the same i.e: regular Series 8. So for me it’s Ultra or nothing.
