Good evening folks, before I contact Apple I am hoping someone can help. I have got an Apple Watch S2, running WatchOS4. The problem is I am now unable to update the watch, every time I try I get the same message on my iPhone 'Apple Watch unable to verify update not connected to internet'. It is now driving me crazy! I have an iPhone X which runs the latest iOS and I have no problems with my Wifi. I have tried unpairing, resetting etc. but without any joy. Has anyone else had any similar problems and if so what did you do?

Try turning your phone and watch off and back on again, and unpair / pair the watch again. You can also try restoring from backup after you unpair. If you try this again and it doesn't work, time to contact Apple.
