Apple Watch with Airpod Pro 2 2023 (no phone).

I am looking to get the 2023 Airpod Pro 2. Sometimes I'd like to leave the phone at home, and just use the APP2 with my apple watch. I know I can connect the watch to the APP2 and listen to music without my phone being around.

My question is: Will I be able to enable/disable ANC and Transparency Mode without my phone being with me?
