Apple Watch X Technogym

Does anyone know how to connect an Apple Watch to Technogym equipment? For some reason with other gym equipment manufacturers like Matrix I just scan the watch and it connects but with Technogym it reads it and then says waiting for ages...

Not all Technogym equipment works with Apple Watch. The newer machines do, however. I belong to Lifetime fitness and one location has older equipment and those machines only work with phones using BT. The newer location has the better equipment.

You have to download the app from the app store, and create an account with that. Then you can scan your watch on the equipment.
