Apple Watch's New High Blood Pressure Detection Feature Now Available

for the life of me I cannot find where to switch hypertension notifications on, I've looked everywhere on the Health app and its not listed anywhere, running Apple watch ultra 3 and iPhone 16 pro max on 26.1

can someone point out where to find it and switch it on
